A. Preliminary

Entering the Third Millennium Indonesia are faced with global competition and the completion of the economic crisis in the country, so that the role of government and the self-employed it is important to contribute to efforts to resolve the issues through performance excellence. Performance excellence is a new paradigm for success and can create a strong professionalism of each agency involved. PT. ELSA PUTRI INDAH active role to create a unified vision for the direction and implementation of national development programs in the field of employment, particularly placement of Indonesian workers abroad. 1. Expanding employment opportunities
2. Improving the quality of labor and labor welfare
3. Increase income
4. Increase public welfare

The big challenge in the field of labor and heavy that we face today still revolves around the growth of the workforce than increase employment. It can give consequence to rising employment. Placement of Indonesian Workers (TKI) abroad can be one alternative attempt to fix the problem and the scarcity of employment opportunities in the country. The success of this program will be able to improve the welfare of the people and increase income. Having regard to the strategic placement workers would deserve better service and thoughtfully so that optimum results are achieved. Urgency is important to remember there are still many problems to be overcome, while the opportunities and challenges facing the global life already.

The era of globalization requires competition among nations, especially in the fields of economy and trade will be more apparent in the presence of AFTA, the mobility of capital, goods and services, including labor services will increase. As a result, cross-border labor markets become more vibrant and intense in the future. Labor mobility, which is based on qualified human resources to be a critical success factor of a nation and global competition. Facing such challenges we need to reposition to know the strenghts, weakness, opportunities and challenges that exist in order to be used as a basis in establishing the field of strategic placement of Indonesian Workers abroad.

PT. Elsa Putri Indah, as a private company, who took part in the success of the government's program to mobilize the workforce along with related institutions and cooperation with foreign parties as partners in delivering the data, placing Indonesian workers and seek other solutions to develop the skills possessed by the workforce.

Implementation is not spared from a variety of problems both from external an internal issues that happen in our own country, such as the problems we have described above. Highly advance Indonesia's economic situation is uncertain right now where unemployment grew more narrow then social unrest will grow complex. Export program services to overseas workers is a solution to the record should be good and wise rules and can bring benefit for implementers, workers, foreign exchange earnings of the country directly eradicate poverty in our country and to develop human resources in Indonesia.

B. History of the Company

PT Era Putri Indah is one form of a limited liability company engaged in the deployment of Indonesian workers overseas with SIUP-recruitment of the Minister of Manpower No. KEP. 300/MEN/DN-LN/BP/1999 about:Business License Placement Indonesian Manpower Services Company for Manpower placement inside and outside the country that is issued in Jakarta on August 4, 1999. Pioneering the establishment of PT Elsa Putri Indah began in 1995 with the establishment of the Regional Representative on behalf of PT Parco Marine based in Malang.
