Orientation Before Departure

We use teaching personnel who are professionals in their respective fields (according to edicational background) and also have experience because it never felt right to be a migrant worker and can succeed abroad. The educational process is through the procurement level language and mental membentukan work is for those who are newly categorized Junior class, while those who are ready and just waiting for the date of departure categorized Senior class. Every Saturday of each workers evaluated the extent to which language acquisition and skills as well as their character and attitude over the years. Within a week they practice one day in the form of cooking etc. Training Center we have laboratorium language and a practice that is equipped with a full practice.

PROCESS OF PASSPORT
If the prospective workers have passed the medical check up then will procced to the next stage of the process passports at the immigration office back home.

SKILLS TEST OF LABOR
This activity is done to test the ability of prospective migrants in cooking, caring for infants, the use of tools that use the particular household electronics etc., that they become competent and reliable workers perform their duties to fit the tastes or wishes of service users. This activity is carried on in an integrated manner by the Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia and the Testing Team.

FINGERPRINT OF A PROSPECTIVE FOR TKI
This activity is carried on by the North Sulawesi Regional Police Chief or the local Regional Police Chief, with the intention of accidents will be asily recognizable identity of migrants as well as the information in monitoring the presence of migrant workers wherever they are.

ORIENTATION BEFORE DEPARTURE
After getting Job Order/ Visa prospective workers must follow the final departure briefing by the Department of Labour.

EXTENSION HIV/AIDS
This activity is intended to be prospective migrants can gain knowledge and understanding about the dangers of HIV/AIDS so that they can control myself and not take action that could bring the AIDS outbreak until now there is no cure.

ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES
This activity consists of worship, physical fitness exercises, tours and so on.

ACCOUNT OPENING WORKERS
Every migrant workers are required to open an account before leaving your home country to expedite work remittance system or sending money from abroad.

THE DEPARTURE OF WORKERS
TKI departure process includes:
Workers driven to the airport with her family by bringing travel documents such as:

1. Passport 
2. Work Visa 
3. Legitimate Employment Agreement 
4. Recommendations Fiscal Freely Abroad 

Arriving at the airport workers to report on:

WILL HALL for checking documents with initials and put stamp on passport-free fiscal.

Fiscal unit tax office abroad to obtain independent validation fiscal abroad. Counter to flight boarding pass. 

Customs/airport fax Immigration counters for check-in and inspection necessary travel documents and subsequent workers entered in the aircraft will depart according to the time stamp on the ticket. Examination of documents by officials at the airport before the workers out of the airport bring to a partners office for preparation of re-held medical check up. Resumption of medical check up by the relevant authorities in the destination country.

After completion of the remedical check-up workers can work in accordance with the agreements that have been signed with.
